Do your blinds have a warranty?

Yes, all of our products carry a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by product. Proper installation and adjustments are important factors when it comes to warranty, which is another reason why we provide free installation on our products.

How much do window coverings cost?

Wow, that’s a tough one! It’s kind of like asking how much a new car costs, the options are limitless. Do you want a commuter car with great fuel economy or do you need something bigger with more room that can tow your boat to the lake? O.K., I’ll give you a rule of thumb, but don’t hold me to it. You should budget at least 1% of the value of your home for window coverings. Example: $250,000 home should budget $2,500. You could spend ½ that or 10 times that amount, there ARE that many options! Let us come to your home and show you all of the incredible window coverings available today. Remember, the estimate is FREE, just like the installation.

Do you have blinds that insulate?

Yes. We have blinds and shades made specifically for that purpose, yet remain beautiful and functional as well.

Do you have blinds without cords?

How long does it take to receive my blinds?

Typical turnaround time is 3–4 weeks for new blinds and 1–2 weeks for repairs, depending on the product and scope of work. Each blind is custom made to fit your windows exactly. Even windows that are labeled the same size can vary by up to an inch in actual measurements.That’s why every product is made to order—to ensure a precise, proper fit for your specific windows, not a one-size-fits-all solution. You deserve a result that fits right the first time.
